  • Eel 500 grams

  • Noodles (Miến) 200 grams

  • Carrots 2 pieces

  • Bean sprouts 200 grams

Directions

  • Step 1: Preliminary processing and processing of soft-fried eel, deep-fried eel

Stir-fry the eel on high heat for about 2 minutes for the eel to come out of the water and hunt again, then reduce the heat to medium, continue to stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the eel is soft, and remove to a plate.
