  • Noodles 100 gr

  • Chicken thigh meat 100 gr

  • Dried Shiitake Mushroom 50 gr

  • Bean sprouts 50 gr

  • Carrots 50 gr

  • 1 purple onion

  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Green onion 2 branches

  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoons

  • General seasoning 1 little

Directions

  • Step 1: Preliminary processing of chicken
    Buy the chicken you buy, wash it with water, and then soak it in dilute salt water for about 10 minutes, then take it out.

    Method 1 (soaking): Soak mushrooms in water for about 1-2 hours, then rinse with clean water, and drain before processing. To make mushrooms bloom faster, you can soak mushrooms in warm water of 60 – 80 degrees Celsius, after 7-10 minutes the mushrooms will bloom.
    Method 2 (boiled mushrooms): Wash the mushrooms briefly in clean water, then boil them in a pot of boiling water for about 3-5 minutes.

  • Step 3: Stir-fry Chicken and Mushrooms
    Put the pan on the stove, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a boil, when the oil is hot, add the red onion and fry until golden fragrant, then add the chicken with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and stir-fry on high heat for about 30 seconds.

  • Step 4: Stir-fried noodles
    Next, you put the carrots and noodles in the pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, then add 1 teaspoon of seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of pepper, and bean sprouts to the pan.
    Then, stir-fry on high heat for about 3-5 minutes.
    After 3-5 minutes, add green onions to the pan and sauté for another 20 seconds, then turn off the heat.
