  • Chicken thigh mushrooms 1 tree

  • 1/2 red bell pepper

  • Fried tofu 1 piece

  • Minced chives 1 tbsp

  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Vegetarian oyster sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp

  • Step 1: Preliminary processing of mushrooms
    When you buy mushrooms, you should rinse them with cold water to remove dirt and dust. Soak the mushrooms in water for about 30 – 45 minutes for the mushrooms to soften, then bring the mushrooms and cut them about 1/2 finger.

  • Step 2: Preliminary processing of vegetables
