  • Crab 500 gr

  • Shrimp 200 gr

  • Minced pork 200 gr

  • 2 eggs

  • Fish sauce 4 teaspoons

  • 1 little seasoning
    (salt/seasoning/pepper)

Directions

  • Step 1: Prepare ingredients
    Buy crabs and soak to clean the mud, add a little salt to soak for about 10 minutes. Take out all the crabs, separate the shells and remove the bibs and bricks, put them in a separate bowl.
    Put all the crabs in a mortar and puree or put them in a blender with a little water, note that you should add a little salt to make the crab bricks harden when cooking. Filter again until clean, keeping only the water and discarding the crab carcass.
    Bring the water to boil to get crab sauce. When you see the crabs floating on top, use a racket to pick them all up and put them in a separate bowl.
    Buy raw vegetables, wash, dry, and cut into short pieces to eat. Peel the purple onion, take out 2 chopped bulbs, and cut the rest into circles.

  • Step 2: Shredded shrimp and meat
    Put in the ground meat, shrimp, egg, 2 tablespoons of crab bricks, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Put in a blender, puree, and then pour the mixture into a bowl.
