  • 500g beef tenderloin

  • Yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper 100g each

  • 100g lettuce

  • 1 tomato

  • 5 stalks cilantro

  • 20g margarine

  • 30g minced garlic

  • 3g tapioca flour

  • Condiments: cooking oil, oyster sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, five flavors, pepper, black soy sauce.

  • Step 1: Prepare beef
