Ingredients

  • 6 fresh shrimps

  • Squid 250 gr
    ( fresh)

  • 1/2 pack of instant noodles
    (Egg noodles or instant noodles 4 packs)

  • Onion 1/4

  • Celery 2 branches

  • Peas 50 gr
    (Whole fruit type)

  • Garlic 20 gr

  • 1 chili pepper

  • Chicken broth 80 ml

  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

  • White sugar 5 gr

  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp

  • White wine 15 ml

  • Cornstarch 15 gr

  • 1 carrot

Directions

  • Step 1: Process materials
    Peeled onions cut into areca slices, carrots, and celery cut into bite-sized pieces. Peas stripped of the old part, red pepper sliced.
    Clean squid, peel off the outer film, and cut into slices about 3cm thick. Shrimp peeled, deveined, washed.
    Then marinate squid and shrimp with 15ml white wine, 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1/3 teaspoon pepper for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Preliminary processing of noodles
    Boil a pot of water, put the noodles in, and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the fibers are soft and separate, then pour into a basket, rinse with cold water to drain.

  • Step 3: Stir-fry shrimp, squid, vegetables
    Use another pan, saute 1 teaspoon minced garlic with 15ml of cooking oil, fry shrimp and squid until golden brown and then put on a plate.
    Heat a pan with a little oil, saute the onion and carrot together, then add the peas and chicken broth, and bring to a boil. Finally, add the seafood.
    Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix 15g of cornstarch with 45ml of filtered water and then put it in a pot of vegetables, stir for 1-2 minutes until the water is thick, then add chopped chili.
