Mixed beef vermicelli – Bun bo Nam Bo is delicious, rich, and very easy to make. With just a few easy-to-find ingredients and a few simple processing steps, you can make a bowl of mixed beef vermicelli for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of fresh vermicelli

  • 200g beef

  • Lettuce, coriander, marjoram, mung bean sprouts

  • Roasted peanuts, fried onions, garlic, chili

  • Condiments: Sugar, oyster sauce, cooking oil, vinegar, fish sauce.

Directions

  • Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
    Wash your beef tenderloin, then cut it into thin slices.
    Crushed, minced garlic; chopped hot peppers.
    Bean sprouts you soak in boiling water and then remove to a plate.
    Marjoram, lettuce, coriander washed and drained.
  • Step 2: Marinateing beef
    You put the beef in a bowl, then add the seasonings including 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, mix well with chopsticks, then marinate the meat for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3: Stir-fry beef
    You put the pan on the stove, wait until the pan is hot, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan, then add ½ of the minced garlic and saute, then add the beef and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then turn off the heat, scoop the beef onto a plate.

  • Step 4: Mix the vermicelli sauce
    You put 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of filtered water, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, ½ of the remaining minced garlic, add chopped chili and stir well until the ingredients dissolve.

  • Step 5: Presentation and finished product
