Ingredients

  • Pork 1 kg
    (bacon)

  • Fresh vermicelli 1 kg

  • Raw vegetables 100 gr

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp

  • Fish sauce 1/2 tbsp

  • Coconut water 1 teaspoon

  • Cashew color oil 1 tbsp

  • Oyster oil 1/2 tbsp

  • Five-spice powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Onion powder 1 tbsp

  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp

  • Cooking oil 4 tablespoons

  • Common seasoning 1 little
    (Seasoning seasoning/salt/monosodium glutamate/ground pepper)

Directions

  • Step 1: Prep and marinate pork
    First, with 1kg of pork bought, you take a little salt and rub it on the entire surface of the meat, then wash it 1-2 times with clean water, drain, cut into thin slices with a knife.
    You put the cut pork into the bowl and marinate it with 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder, 2 tablespoons seasoning, and 1/ 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
    Next, you continue to add 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon coconut water, 1 tablespoon cashew oil, 4 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 tablespoon soup garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon onion powder.
    Then, use a spoon to mix well, and then let the pork be evenly absorbed in the spices for 8-12 hours in the refrigerator.
    Finally, with raw vegetables, you pick up the waterlogged, wilted leaves, keep only the young leaves, and at the same time, soak them in diluted saltwater for 3-5 minutes, then wash them 1-2 times with clean water, let dry.

  • Step 2: Grilled pork
    After preparing the ingredients, first of all, you need to heat the glass oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
    Next, slowly add the marinated pork, and bake at 230 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes. Then, turn over to the other side and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
    When you see that the meat is golden on both sides, turn off the pot, put the pork on a plate, and use a knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces.
