Ingredients

  • Rice noodle soup 1 kg

  • Beef 200 grams

  • Green papaya 150 grams

  • 1 carrot

  • Bean sprouts 150 grams

  • Roasted peanuts 100 grams

  • Minced garlic 4 teaspoons

  • Minced chili 1 teaspoon

  • Lettuce 300 grams

  • Fish sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Vinegar 3 tablespoons

  • Oyster oil 1 teaspoon

  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoons

  • Common seasoning 1 little
    (Seasoning/Sugar/Grated pepper)

Directions

  • Step 1: Prepare and marinate beef
    First, with 200 grams of beef you bought, wash it, then wipe the surface of the meat with a clean damp cloth to remove any remaining dirt, then cut it into thin slices with a knife.
    Next, you take the cup with the whole cut beef, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic, mix Stir well and let the beef absorb the spices evenly for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2: Prepare other ingredients
    Carrots and green papaya were bought, peeled, washed, and dried. Then, use a knife to grate both ingredients into thin slices to eat.
    Next, take a bowl and add the whole carrot, grated green papaya, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, stir well with chopsticks and let the pickles be evenly absorbed for about 15-20 minutes.
    As for salads, and bean sprouts, you remove the waterlogged parts and then wash them with clean water a few times, and drain. Finally, you cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  • Step 3: Make the mixed sauce
    After preparing the ingredients, take a cup and then add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 6 tablespoons of warm water, stir with a spoon until the mixture is dissolved.
    When you see the sugar has dissolved, then taste the seasoning and add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of minced chili, stir again and that’s it!
  • Step 4: Stir-fry beef
    Next, put the pan on the stove with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and the remaining 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and saute it over medium heat.
    Then, add 200g of marinated beef, and stir-fry with chopsticks for about 3 minutes. Finally, you continue to add 150gr of washed bean sprouts, stir for another 3 minutes, then season to taste, turn off the stove, and put on a plate.
  • Step 5: Finished product
    When you have finished preparing the ingredients, take a bowl and then add the washed lettuce, banh pho, sour food, beef with bean sprouts, roasted peanuts, and a little sauce, mix well, and enjoy!
