Mixed stir-fried noodles – Mien xao tom cua is an extremely nutritious and delicious dish for the whole family to enjoy, enriching daily meals. Let’s go to the kitchen with Tasty Touch and make this delicious stir-fry right away!

Ingredients

  • Noodles (Miến) 1 bunch
    (about 200g)

  • Beef 100 gr

  • Shrimp 100 gr

  • Duck eggs 2
    (or chicken eggs)

  • Broccoli 1 plant

  • 1 small carrot

  • Green onion 3 branches

  • Dried black fungus 100 gr

  • Onion 1 piece
    (small)

  • Cooking oil 7 tablespoons

  • Oyster oil 2 tablespoons

  • Common seasoning 1 little
    ( seasoning / monosodium glutamate / salt)

Directions

  • Step 1: Process materials
    Soak the noodles in water for about 30 minutes to soften the vermicelli, then drain. Can be cut in half or 3 if the vermicelli is too long.
    Dried black fungus soaked in cold water for about 15 minutes to soften, then cut off the legs, wash, then cut into small pieces.
    Shrimp washed, peeled, and removed the black thread on the back and then put in a bowl. Crack 2 duck eggs into a bowl and stir to fry. Buy beef, wash and cut into thin slices.
    Peel the onion and carrot, and separate the broccoli into small branches. Take it all to wash and dry. Onions are cut into areca, carrots are cut to taste.
    Take away the green onions, wash them with water, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

  • Step 2: Boil vegetables
    Put the cooked broccoli and carrots in a pot, cover with water, boil for about 5 minutes until soft and cooked, then take out and soak in a bowl of ice-cold water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
  • Step 3: Fried eggs and fried beef, shrimp
    Put the pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and the beef with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning. Stir-fry quickly over high heat for about 2 minutes, when the beef is hunted, put it in a bowl.
    Continue to use the beef stir-fry pan, add the pre-cooked shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning, stir-fry on high heat for about 2 minutes until the shrimp are hunted, then put them in the same bowl with the beef.
    Finally, you add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan just now, add the beaten eggs, and fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat until cooked evenly, then put on a plate and cut long strands to eat.

  • Step 4: Stir-fried vegetables and noodles
    Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, add the soft soaked noodles with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the vermicelli is soft and shiny. Then put the vermicelli in a bowl.
    Use the same pan to sauté the vermicelli, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the hot pan on the stove. Add the onions and saute for about 3 minutes first on high heat, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Step 5: Make mixed stir-fried noodles
    Put the whole boiled broccoli and carrots, soft-fried vermicelli, cooked beef and shrimp, and shredded eggs into the pan and stir over medium heat.
    Add 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Stir-fry continuously for 5 minutes so that all ingredients are infused with spices. You re-season the seasoning and then turn off the heat and you’re done.
