  • Fresh shiitake mushrooms 20 gr

  • Garlic 2 cloves

  • Cooking oil 5 tablespoons

  • Common seasoning 1 little

Directions

  • Step 1: Prepare and marinate pork heart and kidney
First, cut in half and remove the white membranes inside the pig’s kidney, then cut and slice it with a knife, then squeeze it thoroughly with salt to remove the slime and odor. Rinse with water.
For the pig’s heart, use a knife to cut the heart lengthwise, remove all the blood clots inside, wash it with saltwater, and then cut the pig’s heart into bite-sized pieces.
To marinate the pork heart, add 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and mix well, marinate for 30 minutes to infuse the spices.

Use a knife to chop 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves. For fresh shiitake mushrooms, you just need to wash them, soak them in water for 15 minutes, and then let them dry.
Use a knife to peel off the dirty roots (if any), then boil the mushrooms in a pot of boiling water for about 3 minutes, drain and drain.
  • Step 3: Stir-fry kidney heart
Put the pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a boil, when the oil is hot, add the onions and sauté for about 30 seconds, then add the pork heart and kidney and sauté on high heat for about 5-7 minutes, then take it out.
