Chicken breast 150 gr
1 carrot

1 cucumber
1 bell pepper

Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster oil 1 tbsp

Five-spice powder 1/2 teaspoon

- Step 1: Prepare ingredients
To clean chicken breasts, when you buy them, rub them with salt for about 5 minutes, rinse them with clean water, and let them dry.
Next, use a knife to cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, then place it in a bowl.
Wash bell peppers, remove stems, and seeds, and thinly slice. Carrots are washed, peeled, and thinly sliced.
Cucumbers are washed, dried, and cut into thin strips. Coriander washed and dried. Onions, peeled, cut areca. - Step 2: Make the sauce
Put in the cup 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and mix well to combine.

Put the noodles in a pot of boiling water for about 2 minutes on medium heat, when the noodles are just cooked, take them out of the basket to drain. - Stir-fried chicken and noodles
