  • 500 g dumpling flour (or all-purpose flour 11)

  • 1/2 pack of dry yeast in a pack of 1 kg of dumpling dough (7 g of dry yeast)

  • 180 ml of fresh milk with sugar

  • 1 egg white

  • 400g pork

  • 10 quail eggs

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp seasoning seeds

  • 1 tbsp pepper

  • 0.5 tbsp salt

  • 20g onion

  • 20g purple onion

  • 30 g of peas

  • 10 g of wood ear


  • Incubate the dumpling – Banh bao dough
