500 g dumpling flour (or all-purpose flour 11)
1/2 pack of dry yeast in a pack of 1 kg of dumpling dough (7 g of dry yeast)
180 ml of fresh milk with sugar
1 egg white
10 quail eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp seasoning seeds
1 tbsp pepper
0.5 tbsp salt
20g purple onion
30 g of peas

- Incubate the dumpling – Banh bao dough
